This Privacy Notice has been prepared for the visitors of the website www.uzhanmuh.com and for persons who contact our Company through the forms on the site and the Reporting and Ethics Line by UZHAN MÜHENDİSLİK İNŞ. SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (“UZHAN Mühendislik” or the “Company”) in its capacity as data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”) and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
2. Personal Data Processed, Purposes and Legal Grounds
The categories of personal data processed through our website and the application channels on it, the purposes of processing and the legal grounds under Article 5 of the Law are matched in the table below:

Please do not include special categories of personal data such as health information in reports to the Reporting and Ethics Line unless they are necessary for the report; if such data are included, they are processed only within the conditions set out in Article 6 of the Law.
In addition to strictly necessary cookies, our site uses functional and analytics cookies and a cookieless measurement tool that run only on the basis of your explicit consent: the Google Maps map on the contact page (functional), Google Analytics 4 (analytics) and Cloudflare Web Analytics (visit and performance measurement). No targeting or marketing cookies are used. Where you have given your explicit consent, statistical data regarding your use of the site (pages visited, session and device/browser information) and the technical data needed to show the map are processed under Article 5(1) of the Law (explicit consent). 3. Method of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data are collected in electronic form, by fully or partly automated means, through the contact form, the customer satisfaction survey and the data subject application form on the website, the Reporting and Ethics Line e-mail address, electronic mail and similar electronic channels, and through server access (log) records, cookies and the cookie consent record.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Limited to the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice, your personal data may be transferred to legally authorized public institutions and organizations and to legally authorized private law persons, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions set out in Article 8 of the Law.
The hosting, content delivery and cyber security infrastructure of our website and our e-mail service are procured from service providers established abroad (Google Cloud, Google Workspace and Cloudflare). For this reason, your transaction security data relating to your website visit (IP address and log records), your cookie consent record and the data you submit through the forms on the site and the Reporting and Ethics Line may be transferred abroad on the basis of the conditions and appropriate safeguards set out in Article 9 of the Law. Our Company concludes agreements with these service providers governing their data protection obligations and applies the safeguards required by the legislation.
In addition, site usage data processed through analytics cookies and the cookieless measurement tool operated on the basis of your explicit consent is transferred to the servers of the analytics service providers Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc. (both established in the USA); if you consent to the map on the contact page, the map is loaded from Google LLC’s servers and your IP address and browser information are passed to that company in the process. This processing and these transfers take place only if you give consent through the cookie notice; you can withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookie Preferences link at the bottom of the page.
5. Retention Periods
Your personal data are kept for as long as required by the purpose for which they are processed and by the legislation:
- Contact form: if your request does not turn into a business relationship, 1 year from the conclusion of the request; if it does, for the duration of the business relationship and, after it ends, for the retention periods set by the Turkish Commercial Code and tax legislation,
- Customer satisfaction survey: as a quality management system record, for the duration of our customer relationship and, after it ends, for the same statutory retention periods,
- Data subject (KVKK) application: 10 years from the conclusion of the application,
- Reporting and Ethics Line: 5 years from the closure of the examination, after which only an anonymous summary of the outcome is retained,
- Cookie consent record: 1 year (deleted automatically when the period ends).
Data submitted through the forms are kept on the website infrastructure until they are transferred to our Company’s internal records system, and are deleted from the website after the transfer. Personal data whose retention period has expired are deleted, destroyed or anonymized in our periodic disposal processes.
6. The Data Subject’s Rights Listed in Article 11 of the Law
Under Article 11 of the Law, as a data subject you have the right to;
- Learn whether your personal data are being processed,
- Request information in that regard if your personal data have been processed,
- Learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred, within Türkiye or abroad,
- Request the correction of your personal data if they have been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- Request the erasure or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Law,
- Request that the operations carried out under Articles 5 and 6 of the Law be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,
- Object to a result arising against you through the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems,
- Request compensation for the damage you have suffered due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
7. How to Apply
You may submit requests concerning these rights by completing the Data Subject Application Formand delivering it in person or via notary to Esentepe Mah. Kelebek Sokak 2/225 Marmara Kule İş Merkezi Kartal/İstanbul; to our registered electronic mail (KEP) address [email protected]; or to [email protected] using a secure electronic signature, a mobile signature, or the e-mail address you have previously notified to our Company and which is registered in our systems. Applications are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request; where the process additionally entails a cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu) may be charged.
8. Entry into Force and Amendments
The current version of this Privacy Notice is published at www.uzhanmuh.com. Our Company reserves the right to update this text in line with changes in the legislation and in its processing activities.
