1. About This Application Form

Applications concerning the exercise of the rights granted to data subjects by Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”) may be submitted through an application developed for this purpose, pursuant to Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures of Application to the Data Controller (the “Communiqué”). The online form below has been prepared for this purpose. If you prefer to submit your application in person or via notary, KEP or e-mail, you may use the Physical Application Form page.

2. Online Application

The personal data you share in the form below are processed solely for the purposes of receiving your application, verifying your identity and concluding your request, on the legal ground of being expressly provided for by law; for details you may review the Privacy Notice.

3. Conclusion of the Application

Pursuant to Article 13 of the Law, applications are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request, and the response is communicated in writing or electronically. Where the process additionally entails a cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu) may be charged. Should it not be possible to establish that the application was made by the data subject, or should additional information be required, our Company reserves the right to contact you through its registered contact details.
