Polyurethane Injection

Stopping active water leaks permanently and at their source, without opening up the structure. The solution for situations where external access is not possible.

Why injection

Sometimes the only way to reach the water is from the inside.

Not every water problem can be solved from the outside. A building on an adjoining lot, a deep basement level or an operation that cannot be stopped often make it impossible to reach the surface where the water enters. Injection steps in exactly here: without opening up the structure, it reaches the source from the inside and cuts the water ingress where it begins.

What most distinguishes injection from other methods is that intervention is possible even while water is actively flowing. We trace the path the leak follows, plan the access and carry out the application in a controlled way, recording every step. A correctly executed injection can permanently close a problem that has persisted for years.

What sets this system apart
  • Intervention on active leaks: One of the rare methods that can be applied even while water is flowing.
  • A solution without opening the structure: Reaches from the inside, with no excavation, breaking or dismantling.
  • Points with restricted access: The answer for situations where external intervention is not possible.
  • Controlled application: Every point is planned, applied and its result verified.
Where it is used

At the points where the water is caught from the inside.

Injection is the solution where water ingress is localized and external access is not possible.

Application approach

Targeted, not trial and error.

Injection is not a matter of trial and error. The path the water follows is established, the intervention points are planned and the discontinuity is filled in a controlled way. The work is not considered complete until the result is verified.

  • Source detectionEstablishing on site the point where the water enters and the path it follows.
  • Access planPositioning the intervention points according to the discontinuity.
  • Controlled injectionFilling the discontinuity from the inside, in controlled stages.
  • Watertightness checkVerifying on site that the water ingress has stopped.
  • Records and handoverDocumenting the treated points and handing them over.
System options

The right injection approach for the purpose.

Injection is not a single application but a family of approaches adapted to the nature of the problem.

01

Active leak stopping

Cutting an ongoing water ingress at its source.

Emergency response
02

Crack sealing

Permanently closing water-bearing cracks.

Permanent solution
03

Joint and void filling

Filling discontinuities and voids.

Filling
04

Curtain injection behind walls

Feeding the unreachable exterior surface from the inside.

Restricted access
Key properties

What is expected of injection.

Intervention without opening the structure

A solution from the inside, with no excavation or breaking.

Application under active water

Intervention is possible even while water is flowing.

A solution aimed at the source

Targets the water ingress itself, not the symptom.

A verified result

That the ingress has stopped is checked on site.

Minimal impact on operations

A short, local and planned intervention.

Traceable records

Every treated point is documented.

Scope defined by the purpose

The aim of the intervention defines the scope of the work.

The classification below is indicative only. The final approach is determined by assessing the water’s condition, the building’s circumstances and the access options on site.
